Where we ship
The United States and Canada. We do not currently ship anywhere else, and unsupported countries are not selectable at checkout.
What it costs
Nothing. Shipping is free to both countries, on every order, with no minimum spend.
How long it takes
Free shipping to the US and Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 7–14 business days.
That is 8 to 17 business days in total from the moment you order. Processing covers picking, packing and handover to the carrier; transit is the carrier’s part.
These are business days, so weekends and public holidays are not counted. Customs checks can add time to Canadian deliveries and are outside anyone’s control.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once the order ships. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after it is issued — that is normal and does not mean the parcel is lost.
If it does not arrive
If the full transit window has passed and tracking has not moved, email support@rod-n-reel.com. We will chase it, and if it is genuinely lost we will replace it or refund it.
