Ordering
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund it in full.
Prices
All prices are in US dollars and exclude any tax that may apply. Prices can change, but never after you have placed an order.
If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we will contact you before charging you and you can cancel.
Shipping
Free shipping to the US and Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 7–14 business days. Full detail on the shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Returns
Return anything within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The full policy, including the two exclusions, is on the returns page.
Product information
Specifications are supplied by the manufacturer and are given in good faith. Images are representative. We do not offer a warranty on the products we sell. Your statutory rights are unaffected, and anything that arrives damaged or materially different from its description is covered by returns.
Use of the site
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, scrape it at volume, or use it to break the law. We may refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably believe this is happening.
Liability
Fishing tackle involves sharp hooks, tension and water. Use it sensibly and follow local regulations. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
