How much is shipping?
Free, to the US and Canada, on every order, with no minimum.
How long will my order take?
Free shipping to the US and Canada. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then arrive in 7–14 business days. That is 8–17 business days in total.
Do you ship outside the US and Canada?
Not at the moment.
Will I pay customs or duty?
Orders to the US and Canada are normally delivered without additional charges. If a charge is ever raised on a parcel of ours, send us the paperwork and we will cover it.

Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, if it has not shipped. Email us as soon as you can. Once it is with the carrier you will need to use the returns process instead.
Do I need an account?
No. You can check out as a guest. An account only saves your addresses and order history.
Does creating an account subscribe me to emails?
No. Those are separate, and marketing email is opt-in only — you confirm it from a link we send you. You can unsubscribe from any email we send.

What is the returns window?
30 days from delivery, full refund. See Returns & Refunds.
Is there a warranty?
No. We do not offer a warranty, and we would rather say that plainly than imply one we cannot honour. What we do offer is 30-day returns, and cover for anything that arrives damaged or not as described.

Where does your gear come from?
From overseas manufacturing partners who ship directly to you. That keeps prices down and is the reason delivery takes 7–14 business days rather than two.
Are the specifications exact?
They are the manufacturer’s figures. Line ratings and drag numbers in particular are best read as a guide. If something arrives materially different from its description, that is covered by returns.
